SEI Laser3

LASER3 is the latest laser long-life laser marking system in the infrared spectrum (1064nm). The main feature of this laser system is the so-called "All in One" solution: the laser source, the scanned head and the entire digital-electronic control unit are mounted in a unique small box measuring 360 x 260 x 200 mm.

The LASER3 is the ideal solution for marking logos, alphanumeric codes, two-dimensional and three-dimensional bar codes on materials such as plastic, metal, silicon, and PCBs. Thanks to high peak power, it eliminates coatings on both flat and uneven surfaces with extremely high accuracy (point size below 25 microns.) Another advantage of the system is high thermal stability: LASER3 is air cooled to provide constant power at Ambient in the range of 10 to 40 ° C.

LASER3 is designed to work in stand-alone mode (without a computer), as well as to mark details in a production line. It is also equipped with Digital I / O, serial port RS 232/485, and can also be connected to a LAN 10/100 network. LASER3 is a Class 4 laser system that complies with international safety standards (CEI EN60825-1).
